Travel Fees
Events within our primary service area (Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Marco Island) are typically included in our standard service pricing.
Events in neighboring areas may incur a travel fee based on distance from our base location. All travel fees are clearly stated in your custom quote before you book.
For events on islands (Sanibel, Captiva, Marco) or in more remote locations, additional fees and setup requirements may apply.
Outdoor Events in Florida
We love Southwest Florida events — from beachside ceremonies to backyard pool parties. We are experienced with outdoor service in our warm climate and coordinate our setup to ensure comfort for guests and staff.
For outdoor summer events, we especially recommend our frozen cocktail service add-on — it is a crowd favorite in the Florida heat.
