Service Policies
Please review our alcohol, service, and booking policies before booking your event.
BYOB Alcohol Policy
All events are BYOB. Amanda's Custom Cocktails & More LLC does not purchase, supply, or sell alcohol. All clients are solely responsible for purchasing, transporting, and providing all alcoholic beverages for their event.
We provide all bar service necessities including mixers, garnishes, ice, bar tools, equipment, and professional staff. Alcohol must be on-site and ready at the agreed-upon service start time.
We recommend clients use our alcohol purchasing guide (provided upon booking) to ensure they have an appropriate quantity for their guest count and event duration.
Responsible Alcohol Service
Our bartenders are trained to serve responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or who cannot provide valid proof of legal drinking age.
All guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Valid government-issued ID may be requested at any time.
Amanda's Custom Cocktails & More LLC and its staff are not responsible for the actions of guests before, during, or after the event. The client assumes all responsibility for their guests.
Booking & Payment Policy
A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to officially secure your event date. Your date is not held or reserved without both.
Final payment is due prior to the event date as outlined in your contract. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your quote.
All pricing is custom and based on your event specifics. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within a specified window of the event date may result in additional fees as outlined in your contract.
We understand things happen. Rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if your event date changes.
In the unlikely event that Amanda's Custom Cocktails & More must cancel due to an emergency or unforeseeable circumstances, all payments will be refunded in full.
Service Area & Travel
We primarily serve Southwest Florida, including Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island, and surrounding communities.
Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service radius. These fees will be clearly outlined in your custom quote. Please provide your event location when requesting a quote.
Events outside Southwest Florida are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to inquire.
Venue Requirements
Clients are responsible for confirming with their venue that outside catering and bar service is permitted. Amanda's Custom Cocktails & More is not responsible for venue restrictions that prevent or limit service.
Access to water and electricity may be required depending on services booked. Please confirm available utilities at your venue when booking.
We require a cleared setup area of appropriate size for the bar and any décor elements. Setup requirements will be confirmed when your booking is finalized.
